Good Morning!
I finally finished editing my photos of Sunderland last weekend. As I was visiting Glasgow last week I took the train over to Newcastle on the Saturday and really enjoyed the show along with the nice weather . Apart from the usual UK stuff
there were the Dutch F16 and Belgium F16 demo teams. I found the Dutch rather disappointing actually, besides not using his flares it was a bit of slow-go... The stage is just great and the Red Arrows totally completed the scene as they opened the show:
#1
#2
#3
#4
#5
#6
#7 Seaking coming in low for the Marines Demo
#8 Nice add for the Blue Eagles!
#9 Black Cats taking full advantage of the stage!
#10
#11
#12
#13
#14 Best demo ever!
#15
#16 and to finish the show:
#17
I hope you enjoyed my pics. Took some time to edit... Comments on the photos are of course more than welcome, please!

I'd rather depict atmosphere and the 'heat of the moment' making a catchy photo than to reflect the real situation and real colours showing a boring photo.

Nice photo's.
If it's broken, it will not fly. That's easy. We will see next year.

Since about 2007/2008ish there is a regulation in the UK that flares are not to be used during airshows...I found the Dutch rather disappointing actually, besides not using his flares it was a bit of slow-go...
