I noticed in the Scramble article "NODF-35 deployed to Idaho" in the lower middle photograph that the left NODF-35 has some commemorative art consisting the year 70 on the tail.(not readable after enhancing) Can anyone explain more...?

Sorry, nevermind. Found another picture on NODF-35 F-001 - 323sqn 70 years.. (looks smart)
