USS Essex came back from Hawaii with her load of warbirds. This morning I heard the unmistakable sound of radial engines and looked out the living room window to see a B-25 on final. As an Army Air Corps aircraft, this B-25 flew combat missions out of Italy during WWII.

Looking at one of the tracking sites, N434CA came in just before her. She wasn't related to the B-25, just one of the planes making the regular San Clemente-North Island run.

Besides the B-25, a number of EA-18Gs came in yesterday. Today I was out at the beach and caught most of them.
