req status police ec-135 based/detached?

Noticed a police helicopter several times now on the platform during the last days/weeks. I am wondering whether it is based or on detachment, or maybe just fuelstopping regularly. If detached, which services/equipment are/is available for the helicopter (hangar space) and crew (crewroom etc)?
