Currently inbound here is an unidentified THK C-130E calling OAN2903. The hex code is 4B8225, but the serial is unknown to ADS-B.
It's likely to be one of the ex Royal Saudi Air Force ones.

This has now arrived at 14:45 LT. Point of departure appears to be LTAD from ADS-B.
