Rumor says that today will arrive new Skyhawks via Prestwick. Somebody more details about ETA etc ?

Thanks for asking around!

According to Flugzeugforum they didn't arrive on the 8th, as the rumour went. No other news on these afaik.

I came along the following story (Credits to Flugzeugforum ->CD5E). Sorry it is in german.

Short resume:
As of second half of 2016 Wittmund could have a Wing again. The original plan was to move parts of the training for Eurofighter pilots from Laage (Germany) to Holloman (USA). It seems this plan could change. It depends what will be decided.

It could be nice to see Wittmund back in business with two-seat Eurofighters :) .
