New User Details....Help

I received a mail today with new user details sent from scramble. However, although it shows my login name it specifies no password?? If I use the password which I log into to send messages in the forum, this still works on the forum but not on the login popup to enter the scramble magazine.

How do I get this password as I can find no other way to mail the administrator to ask him???
