I was at Hermeskeil museum 4-4-09 and here are some pics from inside and from dumped aircraft. (The other stuff should be "well known" by now).
Enjoy, Per
Ex Swiss Air Force SA316B V-248 that I hadn't noticed here before:
An ex Heeresflieger Bo-105P1 that I had not seen here before either is this one without registration:
I forgot that I took this picture It says werk nr 6108. If that's the constructionnumber that would make it 87+08, wouldn't it?
Alpha Jets are always nice:
Some of the stuff outside, unfortunately not all in good shape:

Nice "photolog", especially the two new additions inside! And I still need the Alouette, good to see it's preserved

Nice pics,
will visit the museum in 2 weeks....
Can someone provide me an actual list of aircraft in this museum.
I've got the Emoos 2007 but I saw there were some changes.

Re: Hermeskeil museum 4-4-2009
Hi,
A question about picture nr.9: those are the remains of a CM.170.
Is this the rear of FAF 410, as the front part is a composite with MT43 being preserved as fake "MT31" in Red Devil c/s?
EMOOS says the rear of FAF 410 was in a compound between buildings in nov'06.
And the front of MT43 is that also on the dump?
I saw this dump and the Red Devil "MT31" in sept'07 so can I say I saw both Fouga's?
TIA,
Erik

It is the remains of the rear of MT43. Did you see the front cockpit section? I tried to buy it about 4 years ago. they told me tohey still had it and to make an offer. When I called 2 weeks later, I was told the cockpit was scrapped. The "MT-31" is the French serial 410 fuselage completed with parts of the cut MT43. I have heard from several people (including the guy who sold it to them) MT-43 was cut before being transported to Hermeskeil.
