According to Dutch teletext:

Lelystad Airport will be expanded. Before 2010 there will come 10.000 flights a year to this airport, wich eventualy will become an independant regional airport with bussiness-flights and flights that are not commited to SPL.

Weer een dagje op Lelystad vertoefd voor het werk. Buiten wat lokaal trainingswerk, was ook nog het volgende voor een paar uur aan de grond:

Is de N22CU with piston engine or converted to Jetprop? I saw that it crossed the atlantic on 5 november out of the USA, that's why the question.

"Certificate issue date" according to my info its the Airworthiness certificate first issue date for current owner. Manufacture date is 1988.

This particular aircarft was seen with the normal Continental Engine, so no JETPROP mod was carried out.
Looks like a new resident for Lelystad.

It's stored at the hangar of AIS Flight Academy and hasn't flown in years. Every once in a while it gets cleaned, but no flying for this plane since it hasn't got a BVL anymore and requires some maintenance.
Alex, the other planes in your picture are: PH-AIL, PH-EGC, PH-RLA, PH-TOW (All stored at AIS Flight Academy, including the yellow forklift  ) The C172 is owned by Polder aviation, and the R22 bij Lelykopters.
Maybe information you already knew, but just tying to help.
