I could spot the plane parking at Ramstein on the 2023-11-04

Apart from that only C5M and C17 during my visit

Is it good visible from outside the airbase?

Not very well. Same area as the E8C-JSTAR was parked. I was always outside the basa, have no access myself.

You can certainly see it from the Bismarckturm and probably from the footpath on the 08-side, as that worked for the E-8s.

They took a night tour to Belarus border returning 4:00 UTC, Thanks to a terrible flu that kept me up...
