Is there any indication that this footage actually shows said four MiGs? It is merely suggested in the tweet but that's all. Something more substantial would be welcome.

Four MiG-29s can be seen departing at the end of the footage or isn’t this what you meant Erik?

On the night of 27-28 March 2023,
major Denys Kyrylyuk of the Ukrainian Air Force
died while performing a combat mission.
Most likely he was piloting a Sukhoi Su-27.

On 7 April 2023, a Russian Air Force Sukhoi Su-25 was shot down near Oleksandrivka, Marinka Raion, Donetsk Oblast.
The pilot ejected.
