Although we will not screen beforehand, we reserve the right to delete any images, especially if clearly unsharp or otherwise low in quality. For more information on how to upload you images, check this post.
In topic titles, please use airfield names in stead of just codes, and be clear about what kind of photos your viewers can expect (e.g. CIV/MIL, location etc.).

Just one for now. Shot this afternoon.

Comments are very welcome, especially technical comment to improve my shooting and editing, as I'm still a rookie.

Nice shots,

Adz my version of youre picture:
Image

Tip: Just go playing around with things like brightness/contrast and those kind of stuff. (for the picture ive used brightness contrast, and i tiny little bit of shadow/highlight ( for that though lol ) also the pictue misses a little bit of sharpness that i've forgot.

Also nice shots delta, only to big for my screen, i usually use 800*544 wich will fit with everybody ;) Nice shots though.

Hmmm...must say I think the original shot is better than this edited version.

Thanks for the comments and the re-edit guys. I'll just keep fiddling with the slidebars in Photoshop.
If I find the time, I'll try a re-edit of the korean myself.
I tried a re-edit on the Korean, and placed it underneath the first edit.
Please let me know what you think.

Last one for me today:
Never noticed the numbers of the reg are painted on the inner side of the winglets as well with Polar 744's:
Again, comments very welcome.

Great shot Ard, though I would not crop the 747 that tight (personal taste). Never noticed that reg either!
I find the colours in your photos very natural. You beefed up the contrast a little in the second Korean but you're cautious, which is good. I think Stefan's verson of it is a bit too saturated in colour.
Sharpness is OK, could be a tad more in files this 'big'. Nothing disturbing though, I usually upload smaller and lighter (less kB) to the forum which limits me in sharpness more than your images do.

Well, I see a lot of heavies. 8)
Great action shots, clean and sharp. You could try to be a bit more constant in what translates to brightness and contrast - usually histogram- and curves-work in Photoshop. Also, and this may sound strange, I would keep 'm smaller. My monitors are set on 1280px wide resolution, and I can't see your photos as a whole in the forum layout. That is a pity for what you are delivering.

I certainly like them, you have some nice evening light and interesting angles there. What I would change is the saturation. It's very high to my taste, not natural anymore.

And before anyone thinks that I think I got it all figured out: when looking at my own pics I usually come up with similar comments!

yep, indeed contrast is a bit of a problem to get right sometimes.
I'll try to keep them a bit smaller next time. So people with 1024px can see the whole picture too.
