BAN Landivisiau

Hello everyone,

I have a question.

In juli im visiting Bretagne for my holiday. Im 20 min away from Landivisiau. Last year landivisiau was closed at that time. 14th of juli landivisiau will be active because of the flyby in Paris, but i want to visit during an operational day. Does anyone have a clue about closure during the holiday's ?

Hello danledan,

The airbase is active in this moment (there are the 11F, 12F, 17F and 57S), moreover there is the EC 1/2 "Cigognes" with several Mirage-2000-5 (C66, C46, C52...). They stay 3 weeks on Landivisiau (departure to Luxeuil on July 24th).

I can see 3 Mirage-2000-5 and 2 Super-Etendard yesterday evening. There are some Rafale (5-6) on the taxiway. I will to come back at Landi tomorrow evening, the 21 and 23th July.

Hi Philippe,

They will fly tomorrow, don't worry

Hummm for yesterday, 2 Super-Etendard at 19:15, 2 Mirage-2000 arrived at 18:30, and some aircraft at approximatly 23:30. But it's very random, and moreover, there are nights flights tomorrow.

Philippe, you go to Landivisiau tomorrow ? For my part, I will arrive at about 18:30 until 22:30, near the runway 08.

Raf M. : 9,10,14,38,42,21,19,31,13,29,11&20

Friday: 10am - 1330 pm
SEM. : 51,46,41,31 & 12 came back around 1 pm
M2000. : EW (48), EA (49) & EM (63)
Raf M. : 11,31,13,23,29,10,19 & 21.

I was lukcy to see a four ship of sem comming back. Number 12 was carrying some practice bombs,
