Hi all,
As it happened we visited this same spot this morning on our way back from Cologne.
This is the new storage location of the Piet Smets Aircraft Collection in Baarlo.
The compound is fenced off, but the fence it not high so pictures can be taken as shown.
Coming from Baarlo, the compound is situated along the N273 on the righthand side of the road.
51°17'30.55"N 6° 2'22.35"O Google Earth coordinates.
about 600meters before this location you will pass a McDonalds.

Behind the small building on this compound you can find:
4 x fusalage only F-104''s
two numbers are unknown by my the others are:
26+20 (green fusalage)
21+.0
40+95 Alpha Jet
unknown NF-5 fusalge
,, ,, Br-1150 Atlantic (part of fusalage)
The number of the BN-2 is B-05/LE

NF-5A probably still is K-3063 which was also stored at the previous Kessel location, and as for F-104G 21+.0, this propably is 21+60 as this one also used to be stored at the old locationkmarrie wrote:Behind the small building on this compound you can find:
