I do! Especially the second A10 and the third F-16 shot...sharp and a different angle as usual.

Well done.

In august I took simular pictures like the the first 3. I took them on the southside of Spangdahlem AFB, standing at a small road leading into the grasfields. This small road connects at the road to Binsfeld. In google-maps this small road is called Dubeldorfer Strasse.

Grt, Mike.

Hi folks,

thank you all for your comments. Now I'll try to give you some answers for your questions:

As Mike already explained I took the pictures on the southside of the Base from a road called Dubeldorfer Strasse.

Good luck!

Grtz,

Thanks Roel,

the security and the police were both VERY active and we were checked several times but after some friendly words they let us stay there. I guess we were very lucky on that day...

Kind regards to all of you...

Last Friday Police came to us (we were standing close to the runway lights on a farmer's road) and asked us if they really had to go through the entire protocol of telling us what was allowed and what was not.. When we said we knew all that they asked how long we planned to stay, after which they left. However, within 30 minutes they returned and parked accross the road, keeping a nice view onto us. When I walked towards them to say "hi", they told me they were standing there just to comfort the various people that had been calling them telling that people were taking pictures. So no stress at all, they were very friendly as long as our lenses weren't pointing towards the airbase premises.
