The two SW Vipers mentioned above were parked on the T-Line together with the DD-115 which is indeed 165680. Noted all three on Mar 13.

one looked like to be a two-seater f18 departed KLSV for China Lake as VMPYR11 at 2215Z on Mar21. Aircraft arrived KLSV from China Lake around 1600Z Mar20. Not sure red flag 23-2 related. Wasnt able to see any other details. Aircraft hex AE2120
