Almost correct, these are the times now:

China Airlines Cargo will expand its 1 weekly cargo service to a 2nd weekly Friday flight until 30-12, same times as the wednesday flight (1240-1510 CI 5531/5546) and operated by the B744.

United Airlines will operate UA70/71 with the B764 from 02-01 until 09-02 and replacing the B772.
United Airlines will restart the IAD-AMS route from 01-02 with the B764 until 09-02 and thereafter with the B788.
