Dear all,
Next couple of days I am in the vicinity of Den Helder. Hence I might be a more frequent visitor of de Kooy.
Actually, for today I was able to spot the recent newly delivered NH90-NFH: N-233
The aim for me is to spot some NH 90s next couple of days as well as preserved aircraft/helicopters.
Among them the SH-14D 260 is on the list too. Browsing internet and databases it looks to me this particular Lynx is supposed to be a gate guard (later this year (?)).
Is there any news or facts otherwise around this? If it is the case indeed it is already a gate guard is it visible enough to spot from outside the airfield?
Many thanks in advance for any reply on this!
Best regards,
Detlev Schigt

If not mistaken the Lynx you mention is still stuck in one of the containers at the base, not yet ready for display.

Any info on this (260) Lynx? Has she been located at her final resting place?
