Trojan 02 on Dutch mil 128.350 direct norlu. According to fightercontrol.co.uk a U28 / PC12 .

Direct NOLRU. Was 07-0793, (according SBS-1) a U-28A from the 27 Special Operations Wing / 318th Special Operations Squadron, regular visitors of Stuttgart-Echterdingen (EDDS), Germany. I believe there's a temporary detachement of this unit at the US part of Stuttgart.
Other visitors of the Air Force Special Operations Command at Stuttgart during the last month's were:

MAGMA30, 10-3068, C-146A (Dornier 328)
TROJAN01, 07-0779, U-28A (PC-12)
