Belarus retired its Su-27's

After Belarus retired its Su-24's, they now already retired its Su-27's on 1 December 2012:

Weren't they close to introduce the ex IAF Su-30?

according to what i heared, they never intended to use them, Belarus did overhaul these aircraft, before they were sold on to Vietnam.
