Registration: N823GA

A Gulfstream corporate jet was destroyed when it crashed at Le Castellet Airport (CTT), France. All three occupants were killed.

Yeh, if you touch almost halfway down the runway (1750mtrs), is asking for a runaway.

Doesn't look like a runway overrun, but a runway excursion.
Judging by the photos, the aircraft ended up in the following location:

Due to thirdparty (C), I can't publish the touchdown mark photo's.

RunAway isn't a runway overrun, but early (before runway end) high speed, asphalt bye bye.
