Could anyone tell me if the MiG-21 473 at the Aviodrome is actually an ex DDR one?

Yes, it is. Its route was GDR-Twente (was on static during Open Day '96) -Schiphol East(storage)-Lelystad (and has been on loan for an event a short while before the bankruptcy).
