Hi all,
My girlfriend has a Canon EOS 450D which she used now of three/four years.
Lately she has some problems with buffering. When taking shots at AV or TV the camera has only a buffer of 2 shots. According the manual, this should be a maximum of 53 shots in jpg.
She used the same SD-HC al the time, but for some reason she lost almost all its buffer.
Anyone any idea what might be the problem?
Should formatting the SD card help?
All the suggestions are welcome.
Best regards Rob

Re: Buffer problems Canon EOS 450D
Hello Rob and other members,
Please try turn OFF "High ISO speed noise reduction". Custom function C.Fn.-4 (manual, page 155). When it is set to OFF you will get your "normal" writespeed back.
Using software to remove noise gives also better results than enabling noise reduction in camera.
Hope this helps to solve the problem.
BR,
Robert
