Dutch Marine Lynx on its way back from Tripoli -tattle split off
It is a serious waist of money transporting the chopper back to the NL and than destroy it instead of putting it in a museum.
Don't steal my pictures...

I thought it was ment to be stationed in a museum. What is the point of taking it appart in the Netherlands. They could better leave it in Lybia than because children can play in it.

Where did you get that from? As far as the to be surviving aircraft were identified already, 277 has never been talked about. BTW, today in NHD, a press officer of the MoD said the places that should get a Lynx aren't sure at all yet. At this moment, according to that person, maybe only one will survive the shredder, that being the last one flying (ruling out 277's survival).jennair wrote:I thought it was ment to be stationed in a museum.
