This TNT 757 Combi, to operated for NATO, hence the familiar grey, should land out of Dubai or Sjarjah (and before that Singapore) before dawn, taking off again from Amsterdam to Liege.
This is also a "heads up" for those who have access to the various flight systems...

This bird was already mentioned to arrive on the 19th? Or is this newer info?Stratofreighter wrote:See http://forum.scramble.nl/viewtopic.php?f=48&t=80370 .

If it is delayed by an hour or so, you may see it leave for Liege in sufficient daylight for photography...

Re: EHAM 17-12-2011 MIL
SPL/Martijn's information was posted at least three days later than my own source, so I guess this Boeing 757 Combi for NATO is now to arrive at Amsterdam Monday the 19th...

Same question about the HiFly Airbus 330, operating for the Belgian Air Force.
In my opinion, keep it posted, everbody will make the decision him-/herself.

This B757F will be used for dedicated NATO-purposes only, thats for the MIL-tag.Tony wrote:Why is this a MIL post ? It is going to be TNT 757 in Nato service or something else ?

Initially next to OO-TFA there also was a LX-N registration reserved however given the fact that OO-TFA is appointed to this frame is seems that TNT-regulations doesn't allow another/MIL serial to her planes.

Apparently OO-TFA (painted in NATO-grey for those who regard it as civil ) is now delayed to Tuesday morning the 20th of December. Who can confirm this

Check http://forum.scramble.nl/viewtopic.php?p=544684#p544684 en verder. Kennelijk komt deze NAVO-grijze TNT 757 "OO-TFA" alsnog deze maandagochtend...

It will be a full civil operated plane, including civil registration. No NATO titles will apply on the aircraft. The only reason given for its 'NATO' grey paint is that the aircraft will fly into hot area's and therefore it's not very keen to have a very colorful (red/yellow) paint scheme
