This is not a false rumour, various systems list this Antonov to be either UR-NTA or UR-NTD...

No Antonov An-148 for Brussels today, Boeing 737-300 UR-GAH is now expected...

Amadeus and kbp.aero (reliable sources) were mentioning a B737 all the time... By the way, the flight already has a planned delay of 5 hours!
