Ik zag via Flightradar vlucht BA432 met B767-300 G-BWND binnenkomen, maar vraag me af sinds wanneer deze vlucht door een B767 wordt uitgevoerd en waarom deze kist 6 uur op Schiphol blijft staan.

sinds een week of wat. De vlucht van 1155 blijft altijd tot 18u op AMS. Valt alleen nu op omdat het een 763 is ipv een standaard kleinere kist.

Besides the allready mentioned Kosmos An12 there is another An12 in the system with an arrival time of 1945. No registration is mentioned yet but the flightnumber is MEM4048, which would make this one a Meridian Airlines smoker.

BA is only temporarily operating B767-300's to AMS. The published schedules show that the last B767-300 flight will be on 20 September after which the A320 series returns. The 6 hour layover is to accommodate peak demand to AMS in the morning (connections + O&D) on LHR-AMS and the evening demand peak AMS-LHR at 18.00 hours.

The B767-300 will return this winter schedule arr. 10.45 - dep. 11.55 on a more regular lay-over.
