Minden & Herford (Germany) question

Maybe someone around can help me some questions;

In the "Potts Park" in Minden (Germany) a N2501D Noratlas D-ACUG/(52+41) is preserved.
Can this one this be seen from outside ?

Furthermore I saw some pictures of a Mill Mi-1 preserved outside at the Marta Museum
in Herford (Germany), just South of Minden. Although I searched the internet, I couldnt find any information of this one.
Maybe anyone ?

Yes, it can be seen from outside... just from the narrow farmtrack on the otherside of the park.
