Incident: Air Baltic F50 near Riga on Feb 21st 2011, dropped gear door

An Air Baltic Fokker 50, registration YL-BAS performing flight BT-427 from Kaliningrad (Russia) to Riga (Latvia), was about 20 minutes out of Riga when the crew heard some unusual noise.
All indications remained normal however. The crew continued for a safe landing in Riga.
A postflight inspection revealed the aft outboard door of the left hand main gear was missing from the aircraft.
