Very cold morning. Even so cold that I couldn´t stand on my right feet anymore. But after a cup of coffee (not from Daan) in a gas station and sitting of the car of chr!s (thanks for that) I survived!.

Wow

Re: Schiphol EHAM/AMS 13-12-2010 Photo
Today I visited Schiphol as well, together with Chris. Circumstances were nice from time to time. However, very tricky and dark most of the time. Nevertheless I tried to make the best of it.
Still not really daylight, but the colorful clouds reflected quite nice to our Skyteam-jet.
This was this morning's sunset
Still no daylight when this Chinese arrived. Panning at 1/30 ISO1250
Finally a bit more light on this Sterling
As it remained to be dark almost whole day, I gained some experience with panning shots:
Since I'm a planespotter, and not a photographer.. I really had to adjust settings to make sure I got a decent shot of my favorite alliance
No de-icing?
My fourth and last Garuda A330-200 !
Today there was yet another upgrade for SQ 777-200
First Arkia ever for me
Awesome colors.. so old fashioned..
The day ended very slow (only a few movements in 45 minutes) but after a heavy snow storm, this was the end result:
Have a nice evening!

@ Boudewijn
Nice panningshots there, good stuff. nr. 5 and 6 only need some horizon leveling. Concerning nr. 8, don't they only de-ice the wings, and leave the fuselage for what it is?
Love nr. 13, good shot.

`100% mother nature`, only I should clone a few branches on the right of the flight deck. Maybe you can see that on this 1600 pixel wide version maybe you also see the registration thanwild weasel wrote:David, i absolutely love nr 1, what a great contrast! did you shoot this one in te dark, while it was parked under some artificial light, or did you photoshopped the background away?

I only did usual stuf, white balance, levels, horizon, USM.
I had hallucinations of your car. I was so cold that I saw you van everywhere. This one is for you does it looks familiar? HihinustyR wrote:OMG, awesome shots from regulars, OMG.
@Bas (not boudewijn)
Both KLM´s (77E) are very good. Nice lines in the first one. And for the second one don´t forget to watch the wingtip vortex. And the CX cargo is a nice dessert.
et al(l)
Thank you for the compliments here is the 1600 pixel wide version of the MD11. It was the third picture of the day!
