Incident: PIA B733 at Karachi on Dec 2nd 2010, aircraft being fired at

A PIA Pakistan International Airlines Boeing 737-300, flight PK-335 from Multan to Karachi (Pakistan),
was east of the airport on a 1nm final to one of Karachi's runways 25 in night conditions
when the crew reported the airplane was under fire from the ground. The crew continued for a safe landing.
The airport halted a pending departure and informed police.
Police said, they are investigating and attempting to locate from where exactly the airplane was being fired at in order to determine,
whether the shots were aimed at the aircraft or were part of an aerial firing often seen during weddings in Pakistan.
