Are there any AF flights scheduled for additional fueling today due to the strikes at CDG, MAN and LHR already received some fuel-guests.

Maybe, because of this :

Iran confirmed on Tuesday that some companies were refusing to refuel its planes at European airports and said it would retaliate if the situation continued.

That has nothing to do with the BD fuel stops. BD has been making fuel stops for years, because IKA-LHR is very close to the maximum range of the A321.
