Hi all
Just a question regarding flying activity before & after public holidays in Japan ?(nov 3 culture day , Iruma airshow)
Do they stop midday , the day before ?
start midday day after ? ..or take two days ? ... or something else.
or indeed keep flying
Just trying to schedule a tour early november
Many thanks

Re: Military flying before/after.. Nov 3 public holiday
No normal flying right up to the end of the day(subject to weather) is the norm prior to public holidays.Should kick off at the normal time the day after a holiday as well.
The only thing that can screw flying is bad visability or rain, which the Japanese military does not like flying in.
Late October/early November should be the best time to go spotting in Japan.
