REQ: Serial Hunter FGA.73 at Muzeyon Heyl ha-Avir Israel

Long time ago Isreal Forces captured a Jordan Hawker Hunter FGA.73.
Its on display at Muzeyon Heyl ha-Avir, Hatzerim airbase, Israel.
Any info about it?

According to my information this "Jordanian Hunter" is actually a Chilean Hunter FGA.9 in fake Jordanian colours.
It should be ex J-747 of the FACh.

... airliners.net states that before that, it was originally built for and used by the RAF as F.Mk.6 XF376. After conversion to FGA.9 standard, XF376 served with No.208 Squadron which was based at RAF Khormaksar, Aden. After RAF service, it was passed on to Chile.

However, David Griffin's excellent Hunter history "Hawker Hunter 1951-2007" states that J-747 actually was Hunter FGA.9 XF445... with XF376 becoming J-741

Anyhow, it was one of a batch of at least ten RAF FGA.9's that were donated to Chile after the Falklands campaign, ostensibly for "services rendered". They were delivered in 1982/3; What remains uncontested is that it was J-747 that was passed on to Israel in exchange for a Mystere IVA in 1989.
