Its nice to see one of our former AMARC inmates that was a sleeping beauty for so long at the DMI Yard down south in Tucson made it back to life again.

A C-130 is a tactical aircraft and color on an aircraft (especially the too big and too bright old roundels) is not tactically sound. That is why they were changed (on request of the aircrews).

Aircraft colors and markings are always subject to trends. So who knows...future trends may hold some surprises for us. In this case, in my view, any change in colors will be an improvement...
