Crash: Victoria Air DC3 at Manila on Oct 17th 2009, impacted a warehouse

The crew of a Victoria Air Douglas C-47B Skytrain freighter, registration RP-C550 on a test flight from Manila to Puerto Princesa (Philippines) with 7 crew, had departed Manila normally but later declared emergency and were returning to the airport, when the aircraft lost height, struck a house in the Villa Fidela subdivision and went into a warehouse. Four occupants were killed in the crash. Both houses caught fire.

Authorities can not yet confirm 7 occupants as stated on the load manifest. Only four people have been found so far.

Witnesses on the ground said, that the airplane began to "wobble" (roll left and right) before it lost height.
