Reach 3020 to Fairchild AFB

09.10.04-1045z--(8891) Iceland Radio working unident acft Reach 3020 enroute KSKA (Fairchild AFB, WA). Iceland issued amended oceanic clearance for FL380 Mach .79 vice Mach .80. Iceland also issued amended oceanic clearance to Reach 8092 for Mach. 79.
Reach acft reception 1/5 at my location (signal present but unreadable).

Departed EGUn this morning and Shown on SBS-1 as KC135 63-8020
