German Opeval exercise September 2009

Hi all
Im planning a trip to Europe for tiger meet and have a few Days to spend spotting before.
Now Reims and Wittmund both look great.
Im edging towards wittmund but notice on the Scramble ex list that theres an opeval exercise taking place on the Days i plan to go.
In the Uk a Opeval can be SQNs detached to other bases for the period.

Anyone any idea whats involved in this German Opeval and wil Wittmund be increased/same/slow traffic because of it.
