And in English:
An Amsterdam Airlines A320 (PH-AAY), took a corner a little wide, and went into the grass while taxiing at Maastricht.
Link (in Dutch) with pics.
Looks like the chief pilot will be inviting someone in for an interview without coffee!!!

Re: A320 Amsterdam Airlines naast de baan op Maastricht
.
If you handle a Cargolux 747, i can imagine it's a bit tight at EHBK,
but with an A320 i find it hard to believe these things are accidents.
Looks like the left maingear is also in the grass...
It's a fine way of handeling your 'new' aircraft....
Very curious what the accident-board has to report about this 'mistake'.
Chris.

So what exactly are you suggesting? Bear in mind also, this is a news forum - not one to wander off in imagination.cHabu wrote:but with an A320 i find it hard to believe these things are accidents.

I'm not suggesting (or speculate) anything, that's something for the Telegraaf newspaper.Key wrote:So what exactly are you suggesting? Bear in mind also, this is a news forum - not one to wander off in imagination.cHabu wrote:but with an A320 i find it hard to believe these things are accidents.
I find it hard to believe one can 'accidently' drive an A320 into the grass at MST.
Very curious what the accident board will conclude after they finish their inquery.
