AMI and HAF to protect Albanian airspace

Hi all,

Consequence of the accession of Albania into the NATO alliance, the Aeronautica Militare Italiana and Hellenic Air Force will patrol Albanian airspace.
Eurofighters of 36° Stormo of Gioai del Colle and Greek F-16s will perform these missions.

Since 2007, Italy has already been engaged in air policing Slovenia's airspace.

Yes from home ground, Goia del Colle is on the south-eastern coast of Italy, around 300km from Albania.
