I'm pretty sure that you can google each airbase and on these websites will be a public affairs address...

PA is always nice, but they mostly have strickt rules according to Days and such... i also e-mailed a couple for a trip in october... But they only allow visitors on Tourdates... (sometimes as less as two tourdates in one month)..
