I think that an freq with the last digit a 6, is verry unusuall.
Also didn't know that Sembach is active.

09.05.23-1751--- Sembach's DSN telephone numbers have all 496 as second ziffer group... - first ziffer group is 314 -- I didn't get the third ziffer group, therefore the ????... -- it is N O T a freq...-- Sembach certainly is active as usafe info base, mainly met info... +
