Trigema Bell 206B3 D-HTRI was forced by fog to land at a parkingplace along the A9 in Münchberg, Germany.

Guess there was enough parkingspace

But how do they do things in Germany?
If this happened in the Netherlands, no-one would be glad nothing serious happened, but instead the pilot would be prosecuted.
Reasons:
1 "Landing where it was not allowed"
2 "Poor flight preparation" (which would probably be true...)
3 "Not having painted the registration in a contrast colour"
4 "Endangering everybody in a radius of 200 miles"
5 "Farting without permission etc..."
