Does anyone know if this helicopter is owned by the Securite Civile or by Eurocopter for display and test purposes ?

according to Airliners.net : The first French Sécurité Civile EC-725 during test flight from Marseilles - Marignane. Note the inflated floats and the hose to pump water into the helicopter. This helicopter will be used for fire fighting tasks.

Because the helicopter isn't fit with the usual red/yellow Securite Civile colours and still has a factory-registration I still think it is owned by Eurocopter instead and instead of the Securte Civile. Looks like the Securite Civile is only testing this helicopter.

retour EC 725 Caracal "SB" F-UGSB
rebaptisé ec 225 par Eurocopter pour les essais du réservoir souple Zodiac interne à la cabine.
expérience non reconduite en 2008 pour cause de manque d'EC 225/725 disponible pour la saison feu en Corse .........

Basically it says, that this is actually EC725 Caracal c/n 2549 which was on loan from the French Air Force to Eurocopter. Eurocopter rebaptised it to EC225 for tests with the Zodiac flexible watertank inside the cabin. This took place in 2007 on Corsica, but the test was not repeated in 2008 because there wasn't any EC225/725 available during Corsica's forest fire season. So apparently the chopper returned to service quite a while ago.
