frequency update scanner

I like to update the frequenties of mine UBC 3500xlt scanner.
Where can I find the most up-to-date, most complete civil and militairy list for the Dutch airfields and bases, including Dutch Mill etc.
Aviation Wiki is not up-to-date, Millspotters is not complete, etc.

You can obtain all the frequencies on this site as they are published in our airfield guides. But that is per airfield only so no list of all the frequencies.

Also you can use http://www.worldaerodata.com" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; with using the icao codes.

Having a look at the dutch AIP, they don't have the overview anymore in their ENR2 part.

So no large definitive list so far.
