That has nothing to do with being cynical; “MAB” does not operate on regular civil (pax) schedules, but PK-GIG operates the regular Garuda pax-flight under regular Garuda flight numbers every now and then. I wouldn’t complain if I could book a regular seat on “MAB”, though And if the colour scheme of PK-GIG makes it GOV for you, fine with me!

Yes, "MAB" has been noted multiple times transporting "just" horses in the past as well! Nothing Military or Government....
