R8Te-s6Fs6The Slovak Aviation Agency, as the main organizer of the International Air Days SIAF, received information on May 28, 2024, through the Commander of the Slovak Air Force, from the office of the Minister of Defense of the Slovak Republic, that this year's International Air Days SIAF 2024 have been canceled. Subsequently, the Slovak Air Force sent a cancellation notice to all confirmed participants. On May 31, 2024, we requested the reason and an official statement from the Ministry of Defense of the Slovak Republic. We will provide you with detailed information upon receipt.

The announcement comes as particularly shocking, with the ministry misleadingly asserting that we had been aware of their intent not to proceed with the SIAF 2024 as early as January of this year. The decision by the Ministry of Defense represents a unilateral decision, of which our company had not been previously informed, nor does it have any support in the framework agreement we have established with the Ministry."
