On March 28, 2024, the Air Force will be “100+1” years old!
For the occasion on March 27th many bases will be open to the public to enjoy an extraordinary experience.

6th Wing Ghedi (BS) open to the public from 1.00 pm to 5.30 pm upon registration on Eventiam.aeronautica.difesa.it – Overflight and display of Wing aircraft, exhibition area, conference on national space activities “Space Situational Awareness” supported by our Armed Forces
15° Stormo Cervia (RA) open to the public from 12.30 to 17.30 – Solemn flag raising, rescue demonstration carried out by an HH-139 helicopter, info point for enlistments in the Air Force, static display of HH-139 and HH-3F and historical exhibition

Institute of Aeronautical Military Sciences Florence open to the public from 2.00 pm to 6.00 pm – Entrance from Viale dell'Aeronautica 14 – Guided tour and participation in contests (mini quizzes on the Institute) with the possibility of drawing two free tickets to attend at the theatrical performance “Intervista (in)credibile a Giulio Douhet” by the Compagnia delle Seggiole (at the Institute of Aeronautical Military Sciences on 6 and 7 April 2024)

A.M. Specialist School Caserta (CE) open to the public from 12.30 to 15.00 - Visit to the teaching and training infrastructures, aircraft on static display, stand with "mock-ups"
A.M. Volunteer School Taranto open to the public from 3.00 pm to 7.00 pm – Guided tour and visit to the “Luigi Bologna” Idroscalo which, in addition to being one of the first built in Italy and among the few sites continuously used by the Air Force, home to the the only national training center for the basic military and moral training of the troops of the Armed Forces
Experimental and Standardization Department for Air Shooting Decimomannu (CA) open to the public from 1pm to 6pm, upon reservation via email rssta.openday@gmail.com - Static exhibition of 2 T-346A aircraft, one helicopter HH-139, Department specific stations and visit to the exhibition room
