According to a 336 LM I spoke to at Brussels, the romanian participation should be a C130 instead of a C27, as well the aircraft will be based at Twente as FOB for 2 days, the dates are unknown to me.

Could've changed from a C27J to a C130H, or from C130H to C27J, only info I know is that a C130 is ment to come as Romanian participation.

Does anybody happen to know which other participants will be week one/two specific, or will all bar the A400 be there for the duration?

Most of the times the first week is less than the second week, but I'm not sure what the exact participants are for each week

Does anybodu know which aircraft will also feature during the Market Garden commemoration drops on the 16th? Usually not all FL participants are active on that day.

There is always someone who knows. As soon as it is known, it will probably be posted here.

This should be the list of participating aircraft:

A400M GAF (only for the first week with cargo drops)
C295M PolishAF
C-130B/H RomanianAF
C-130J AMI
C-130J-30 USAF
C-130H HAF
C-130H RNLAF
MI171/C295M CzeAF
M-28 Civil

Further participation nor numbers are currently not known with me, all the aircraft from the Polish AF C295 on should participate the 16th as well at the Market Garden event at the Ginkelse heide, additionaly I have heard rumours of two skyvans as well this year (civilian ones) but these havent been confirmed with assurity yet, the arrivals should take place the week and weekend before the 4th of September, the Italian should be arriving Saturday tho I do not know any times yet, there were also rumours of CH47F participation of the USAR ACB but just like the others, not assured yet. Keep in mind this can always change relying on equipment available, as well as maintenence etc. Seems like its gonna be a nice exercise this year just like the other years of course, tho its not a USAF C17 like we have seen before and tons of C130s its nice to see such exercises still take place at this size in countries like the Netherlands.

Is there anything known about the dates for the operations at Twente Airport?
