KC-135 Hobo20 (ads-b 58-0125) made a u-turn overhead the Netherlands and seems to be returning to Mildenhall and is maintaining FL100. Seems like an IFE?

Doubt if it was an IFE. It was still doing circuits at Mildenhall at 19.25 Dutch time according to ads-b,so a full 2 hours later…
